The Business Analyst for BRM IT Solutions plays an integral role as a business partner and subject matter expert in business processes and technology, helping to drive and align best practices with Radius/JDE ERP systems and supporting applications. The role ensures that IT services deliver against the business strategy.

You will work directly with business partners and business owners/user groups across multiple regions for modules such as Customer Service, Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Finance. The Business Analyst will work to understand business requirements and value, make recommendations, implement solutions where applicable, and ensure the right IT resources are engaged in delivering those solutions.

This role partners with the Radius Implementation teams in EMEA and NA to deliver the transformation and to support business partners such as SMEs and change agents. You will support the implementation of standard processes and, post implementation, partner with business power users and leaders to ensure process adherence and continuous improvement aligned with product enhancements and business needs.

Collaboration across multiple internal and external functional areas is an integral part of the role, helping to drive a culture of best practice, standards, creativity, and innovation.

Job Responsibilities/Key accountabilities:
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in business and IT teams to drive key outcomes, decisions and ensure timely project completion.
  • As a BRM SME, serve as the IT lead in collaboration with business leadership and business owners to effectively implement new processes, process changes, and new technology. This role is responsible for all Consumer business applications.
  • Develop solutions to meet new functional requirements in collaboration with the Radius Implementation teams and other IT Enterprise teams.
  • Engage business Power Users to identify opportunities to improve the standard model.
  • Ensure the Radius standard model being deployed meets business requirements across the product portfolio and regions.
  • Provide additional training and support to ensure compliance with Radius standard model processes.
  • Work with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Based on SME knowledge, support user acceptance testing and cut over activities by remaining actively engaged in the relevant functional area during the cut over process.
  • Ensure plants and functional teams have access to the data required to manage operations.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and IT.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or IT roles with JDE or Radius is preferred.
  • Educated to degree level in a related field such as IT or Business or occupational equivalent.
  • Experience working in technology organizations.
  • Strong systems knowledge and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of and experience with implementing operational management systems.
  • Ability to become proficient in the standard model processes being deployed.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines whilst able to prioritise own workloads.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence others to comply with standard business processes.
  • Ability to positively influence others without direct authority to move projects forward.
  • Effective leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
  • Ability to travel as and when required - 50%
