The Business Analyst for BRM IT Solutions plays an integral role as a business partner and subject matter expert in business processes and technology, helping to drive and align best practices with Radius/JDE ERP systems and supporting applications. The role ensures that IT services deliver against the business strategy.
You will work directly with business partners and business owners/user groups across multiple regions for modules such as Customer Service, Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Finance. The Business Analyst will work to understand business requirements and value, make recommendations, implement solutions where applicable, and ensure the right IT resources are engaged in delivering those solutions.
This role partners with the Radius Implementation teams in EMEA and NA to deliver the transformation and to support business partners such as SMEs and change agents. You will support the implementation of standard processes and, post implementation, partner with business power users and leaders to ensure process adherence and continuous improvement aligned with product enhancements and business needs.
Collaboration across multiple internal and external functional areas is an integral part of the role, helping to drive a culture of best practice, standards, creativity, and innovation.
Job Responsibilities/Key accountabilities:It is your responsibility to co operate with Smurfit Westrock in relation to all health, safety and environmental topics. This includes working to the practices shown during training that will be provided to you and the company's health, safety and environmental policies. You will be expected to work in accordance with local site practices and not to interfere with or misuse anything that's been provided for your health, safety or welfare.
