SVP Platform Engineers & Chief Software Architect

Location: Hybrid, GB

We're looking for a visionary SVP Platform Engineers & Chief Software Architect to shape the architectural strategy and technical roadmap of our global Cloud & SaaS product portfolio.

In this senior role, you will lead end to end solution architecture, drive shared platform services across product lines, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and enterprise grade. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to align technology with business strategy and accelerate innovation.

• Shared services consolidation (Auth, Analytics, APIs, GenAI foundations)
• DevOps, CI/CD, and unified cloud deployment automation
• Cross product integrations and platform level innovation

• 15+ years in software engineering & architecture
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and Azure (advantage)
• Leading enterprise architecture transformations

• Background in insurance platforms (PAS)
• Experience building digital platforms or low/no code frameworks
