The University of Winchester Knowledge & Digital Services team is dedicated to enhancing all experiences for our students and colleagues through innovative information systems. Reporting to the Head of Knowledge & Support Services, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in standardising, improving, and developing systems that support the University's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Analysis, particularly within a multi-disciplinary team environment. Supporting KDS Business Partners, they will be adept at engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating these into actionable technical requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as they will collaborate with various teams and facilitate workshops to drive project success. Candidates will also need to be confident to be the "critical friend" while scoping processes, workflows, and customer expectations.
The successful candidate will be expected to work 37 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday.
