  • Represent ARIS at executive briefings, customer engagements, and industry conferences as a domain authority in pharmaceutical manufacturing and transformation.
  • 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing transformation, operations consulting, digital manufacturing, or enterprise software leadership within life sciences environments.
  • Deep expertise in pharmaceutical production, quality, supply chain, and regulated manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience leading transformation and optimisation initiatives within GMP-regulated environments.
  • Strong executive exposure with demonstrated experience engaging C-level and senior manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Background in consulting, enterprise software, or strategic transformation leadership (Big 4 / Tier 1 consulting experience preferred).

  • Experience influencing product strategy, industry offerings, or building industry accelerators.
  • Multi-site or multi-country pharma manufacturing transformation experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled manufacturing, digital quality, predictive analytics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CQE, CQA, GMP/ISO auditor, or CMQ/OE.
