Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Delta Capita's fast-growing Consulting business, delivering innovative workflow and automation solutions within complex financial services environments.

Process Automation Developers design, build, and maintain scalable workflows using low-code technologies, bridging business requirements and technical execution. With a strong focus on speed, efficiency, and quality, they play a key role in delivering automation led transformation across critical platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy workflows in iQcodex (IQ) aligned to agreed business and functional requirements
  • Configure UI, business logic, and routing within a low-code platform environment
  • Integrate workflows with upstream and downstream systems via APIs, working closely with integration specialists
  • Embed AI driven components into workflows where relevant, enhancing automation capabilities
  • Maintain and enhance existing workflows in response to change requests, incidents, and evolving requirements
  • Contribute to peer reviews, coding standards, and continuous improvement of the development framework
Essential skills and experience
  • Hands on experience with a low code/no code workflow or automation platform (iQcodex highly desirable; equivalents such as Appian, Pega, OutSystems, Mendix, ServiceNow App Engine, or Power Automate also considered)
  • Strong understanding of process design, exception handling, and system integration patterns
  • Experience consuming and orchestrating REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Pragmatic problem solving mindset, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and complexity
Desirable
  • Experience delivering solutions within financial services or regulated environments
  • Exposure to AI or Copilot style integrations within workflow platforms
  • Experience working in consulting, client delivery, or multi stakeholder environments
