Technologies

• Microsoft stack - Server, Exchange, AD, Hyper-V etc
• VMware - knowledge, don't need an expert
• Networking - knowledge, don't need an expert

Your Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure hardware and software
• Install, upgrade and migrate server, network, storage and desktop environments.
• Document outcomes and specifics around hardware and software
• Ensure ongoing performance and supportability.
• Deliver tasks in accordance with project plans, including timelines, locations, deliverables, and project procedures.
• Provide second- and third-line support, including fault identification, triage, resolution and escalation in line with SLAs.
