Windows estate

Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Use Infrastructure as Code and scripting (ARM, Bicep, PowerShell or similar) to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
  • Help automate repeatable tasks and standard builds where it makes sense.

Security, Compliance & Resilience

  • Support infrastructure security controls across both on-prem and cloud platforms.
  • Contribute towards Breedon's goal of achieving Cyber Essentials Plus, including preparation, remediation, and evidence gathering.
  • Track and remediate findings from ongoing penetration testing.
  • Assist with patch management, certificate renewals, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

Support, Change & Documentation

  • Provide 3rd-line infrastructure support and help resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in change management activities, ensuring risks are understood and changes are well communicated.
  • Produce clear documentation covering configurations, standards, and run-books.
