Kirtana consulting is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect role for 6months rolling contract in London.

Role Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect

1.Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solution architecture 2,Drive HR transformation initiatives across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation modules.

3.Engage with senior stakeholders to define solution strategy, roadmap, and governance.

4.Ensure scalable, compliant solutions aligned to UK regulatory and Higher Education requirements.

5.Provide leadership across implementation life cycle, including design, integration, data migration, and team mentoring.
