Design and implement scalable backend systems to support real-time multiplayer features
Develop APIs and services that interact with game clients, databases, and third-party platforms
Optimize server performance, latency, and data flow for mobile games
Collaborate closely with frontend, game design, and live ops teams
Ensure secure, maintainable, and well-documented backend code
Support live game operations, including debugging and performance monitoring
Contribute to architectural decisions and backend tech stack evolution
Who You Are5+ years of experience in backend development (preferably in gaming or high-scale applications)
Proficient in server-side languages like Node.js, Go, Java, or similar
Experienced with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiar with real-time data systems, matchmaking, or multiplayer logic
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and microservices
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Passionate about games and building systems that scale to millions of users
