The Opportunity:
We're seeking a passionate Lead Cross Platform Mobile Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our groundbreaking productivity platform. You'll lead the development of our mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and native user experience across iOS and Android platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of our cross platform mobile application using the chosen framework.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate product vision into high quality, user centric mobile experiences.
- Champion technical excellence, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.
- Architect scalable and performant mobile solutions, optimizing for responsiveness and efficient resource utilization.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in cross platform mobile development tools and technologies.
- Own the mobile development lifecycle, including testing, deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience developing cross platform mobile applications using a modern framework like Flutter or React Native.
- Proven track record of shipping high quality mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in a cross platform mobile development framework (React Native with the Expo framework preferred).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/DD practices.
- Understanding of mobile testing methodologies and tools.
