I am currently recruiting 2 Commercial Managers for a government organisation who help drive the effective delivery of commercial activity throughout the full procurement lifecycle. These roles play a key part in shaping commercial strategy, advising on routes to market, and ensuring robust governance, compliance, and contract management practices are in place.

- Lead or support end-to-end procurement activities, from strategy development through to contract award and supplier management
- Provide expert commercial advice to senior stakeholders on sourcing strategies, routes to market, and contracting approaches
- Contribute to the successful delivery of complex procurement's and commercial initiative
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support effective commercial planning and delivery
- Develop and maintain a robust commercial pipeline, ensuring visibility of upcoming procurement activity
- Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting across all commercial systems
- Leverage data insights to inform future commercial strategies and improve performance
Key experience
- Proven experience in commercial management, procurement within a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and governance frameworks
- Experience managing end-to-end procurement lifecycle activities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver value and savings
