Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer

Job Type: Days based, Perm

Location: Poole

Hours: 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs 7am-12pm Fri

Pay: £19ph-£21ph DOE

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established, family run precision engineering company with over 50 years of manufacturing expertise. Operating from a modern facility, the business delivers complete manufacturing solutions-from raw material through to finished components-serving high spec sectors including aerospace, motorsport, nuclear, and oil & gas.

• Offline programming using Fusion 360
• Online programming, setting, and operating 4 axis CNC milling machines (Mazak)
• Manufacturing precision components in small to medium batch sizes (5-150 off)
• Working with aluminium and a range of steels
• Producing parts to tight tolerances (10-25 microns)
• Self inspection and maintaining high quality standards in line with ISO 9001 processes
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across machining processes

• Proven experience in CNC milling and programming (Mazak, Fanuc or Conversational)
• Experience with 4 axis machining
• Competent using Fusion 360 for offline programming (other software considered)
• Ability to machine to tight tolerances
• Experience working with aluminium and steels

• 25 days holiday + statutory holidays

• Overtime available: 6:00am - 7:00am at 1.5x rate
