Job Description
What You'll Do:
- ️ Provide technical assistance to staff and users
- ️ Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- ️ Install and configure systems and applications
- ️ Respond to helpdesk tickets and log support activities
- ️ Assist in system maintenance and updates
- ️ Help with user account setup and permissions
- ️ Track and manage IT inventory
- ️ Support onboarding/offboarding processes
- ️ Escalate advanced issues to senior IT staff
- ️ Follow IT service procedures and security policies
