Position Overview

The Senior E-commerce Manager is responsible for leading and growing the company's online business across key digital marketplaces and affiliate channels, with a strong focus on Shopee, Lazada, and performance-driven e-commerce growth.

This role requires a commercially minded and results-oriented professional with proven experience in driving online sales, improving marketplace performance, managing affiliate initiatives, and delivering profitable business growth. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of e-commerce performance, campaign execution, platform optimization, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen the company's digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Business Growth

  • Lead the growth of the company's E-commerce business across Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant online channels
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, traffic, conversion, average order value, and repeat purchase
  • Drive sustainable growth while maintaining commercial discipline and profitability

2. Marketplace Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of official stores on Shopee and Lazada
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, store visibility, and platform performance
  • Ensure timely updates of product content, campaign materials, and platform activities
  • Monitor platform tools and features to maximize visibility and sales performance

3. Affiliate Marketing Management

  • Develop, manage, and scale the company's affiliate marketing program
  • Build relationships with affiliates, creators, KOLs, and platform partners to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor affiliate performance, return on investment, and campaign effectiveness
  • Identify and implement new affiliate-led opportunities to strengthen online sales

4. Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of key online campaigns, including platform-wide promotions, mega campaigns, flash sales, and special activations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth and effective execution
  • Review campaign performance and recommend improvements for future activities

5. Commercial Performance Management

  • Take ownership of key performance indicators including revenue, GMV, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and profitability
  • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Recommend actions relating to pricing, promotions, advertising, and product assortment
  • Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to maintain competitiveness

6. Cross-FunctionalCoordination

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, supply chain, customer service, and design teams to ensure effective execution
  • Support alignment across stock planning, campaign readiness, fulfilment, content, and customer experience
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies, marketplace representatives, and affiliate partners where required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce
  • Strong hands on experience managing Shopee and Lazada platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, KOL management, or performance-led digital growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven Ability to grow online sales
  • Good understanding of marketplace campaigns, platform tools, digital promotions, and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience in beauty, fragrance, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or consumer products is an advantage
