We combine deep technical expertise in cloud architecture and applied AI with a pragmatic understanding of our clients' business challenges. Our work spans modern infrastructure, FinOps, and AI application development - helping clients turn complex requirements into secure, scalable, and high-impact platforms.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Developer, you will help organisations embed AI into real-world operations, working on a wide range of technical challenges across the full technology stack. You will develop agentic AI solutions, likely running on cloud infrastructure, contributing to innovative and practical implementations. Operating in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry, you will continuously adapt to new technologies and embrace ongoing learning opportunities. You will be expected to bring curiosity and a willingness to explore new approaches as part of your role. Working collaboratively within a team, you will apply your expertise to help customers achieve the goals of their AI journey. This is a hybrid-based role in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using appropriate technologies and frameworks
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and design sessions for new features and projects
  • Review code to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, articulating trade-offs clearly
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across different environments and support automated testing activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with industry trends, supporting internal innovation and accelerators
  • Bring a strong technology perspective to client challenges and mentor junior team members to build organisational capability

About the Candidate:

  • Approximately 2-3 years' experience in software development roles, ideally with exposure to both cloud and AI development
  • Proven experience working within teams in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid models) and governance practices
  • Credible and structured communication style, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to take ownership of challenges and deliver solutions
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, maintaining clarity and momentum across evolving scopes
  • Strong interest in continuous learning, staying current with emerging technologies and real-world AI applications
  • Experience in regulated or complex sectors (e.g. financial services) and a consulting background with client-facing delivery experience is preferred
