We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take a leading role in shaping these experiences, someone who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.

As part of a cross functional squad, you'll work with autonomy to design, build, and deliver high quality frontend solutions. You'll play a key role in both hands on development and team leadership.

• Design and build scalable, maintainable frontend architecture using modern technologies

• Develop high quality, testable code using best practices and modern patterns

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and external partners

• Take ownership of features from concept through to production

• Mentor and support other engineers, helping them grow and succeed

• Champion best practices in performance, accessibility, and developer experience

• Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and technologies

• Oversee releases across all environments (Dev, Test, Staging, Production)

• Manage dependencies and coordinate work across teams

You're a strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving complex problems at scale.

Expert in:

• React and component based architecture

• TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Semantic HTML and modern CSS

• Responsive design and cross browser/device testing

• Git and version control workflows

• REST and GraphQL integrations

• Working with third party tools (e.g. video platforms)

• Writing clear technical documentation

Comfortable with:

• Package and dependency management (NPM)

• Build tools (e.g. Rollup, Gulp)

• Automated testing practices

• Performance optimisation techniques

• Accessibility standards (WCAG)

• SEO best practices

• CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

• SSO integrations (e.g. OIDC)

• Experience leading engineers or managing performance and development

• Involvement in technical working groups or communities

• Passion for sports and fan engagement technologies

• Work on products used by millions of sports fans globally
