The RoleThe Digital Platforms Technical Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining end to end technical visibility across core banking, card processing, and digital channels. Working closely with internal Business, Operations, and IT teams, as well as external managed service providers, you will ensure effective system integration, platform stability, and strong governance.
This role combines hands on technical analysis with stakeholder engagement, requiring the ability to investigate incidents, challenge vendor outputs, and clearly articulate technical issues and their operational impact.
