Job SummaryThe Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and engaging a community-based delivery team within the Lancashire Combined Authority area. This is role with expectations that you will be in the community, as it requires a strong presence within the local community to ensure effective delivery and engagement.
The team will deliver a suite of flexible, high-quality services. As Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure the successful implementation of the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) and maintain fidelity to the evidence-based model, guaranteeing that all practices align with best standards.
You will oversee and lead the delivery of a high-quality, person centred service that supports vulnerable adults with health conditions, disabilities, and other barriers to engage in meaningful employment. This includes monitoring adherence to the fidelity model and driving continuous improvement and meeting set targets.
You will also lead engagement with a variety of stakeholders, including employers and customer forums, to strengthen partnerships and improve service quality.
