Senior Solutions Architect - United Kingdom

Accountabilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced Conversational AI solutions for enterprise clients
- Manage end to end project delivery, from proof of concept to full scale deployment, ensuring performance and scalability
- Provide expert level technical guidance, solving complex challenges with innovative and efficient solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business development and enhance product strategies
- Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and best practices to empower customers and partners
- Create and maintain high quality technical documentation and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
- Align technical architectures with business goals to maximize customer value and outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
- Strong programming expertise in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js, along with experience working with APIs and SDKs
- Proven experience with cloud based platforms and scalable system architectures
- Ability to design and implement complex, high performance technical solutions
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle advanced technical challenges independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non technical audiences
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as German are a plus)
- Experience delivering customer facing solutions and aligning technical outcomes with business objectives
