Job Summary

Immersive is hiring for a 12 month fixed term contract Data Analyst. The role involves working with learner data from upskilling, assessments and exercises to measure human capability and translate insights into actionable customer value. You will support the product team in data driven decisions, build and maintain product dashboards, and collaborate with Product and Data leads to align with future vision.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain internal product analysis dashboards to enable data driven decisions across the business.
  • Work with the Data Engineering team to ensure accurate business logic and reporting that meets internal and customer needs.
  • Support metric calculations and contribute to the design and discovery of new reporting features.
  • Gain hands on experience with core tools: Snowflake (warehousing) and Looker (visualisation).
Qualifications
  • Strategic, inquisitive and innovative mindset; ability to anticipate customer needs, interpret requirements and deliver high quality output.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities to use data and build appropriate models.
  • Polished communication and presentation skills; ability to tell stories through data.
  • Effective delivery skills with ability to work well under pressure in an Agile environment.
  • In depth SQL knowledge (proficient with left and right joins).
  • Experience with data visualisation, analysis and warehousing tools - familiarity with Looker/Count/Snowflake is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques.
  • Interest in learning analytics approaches.
