DXC is seeking a highly seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep vertical expertise in the Hogan CAMSII platform. In this strategic role, he/she will serve as the Functional Lead, steering a dedicated project team through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final client acceptance testing. The ideal candidate is a CAMS II functional subject matter expert who combines banking process mastery with the technical authority needed to guide complex new Clients onboarding projects. Responsibilities
- End-to-End Functional Leadership: Act as the primary functional authority for the project team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Requirement Engineering: Lead high-level workshops with banking stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
- Strategic Liaison: Bridge the gap between the client's business requirements and the technical development team, translating banking needs into robust functional specifications.
- Test Management & Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing strategy, define success criteria, and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase alongside the client.
- Knowledge Mentorship: Act as a senior mentor to the team, safeguarding the integrity of the Hogan CAMSII implementation and sharing best practices.
Skills Must Have
- Banking Industry Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Hogan CAMSII Mastery: At least 5 years of hands on experience working with Hogan CAMSII (Issuing).
- Domain Knowledge: Expert understanding of card management systems and core banking accounting flows.
- Lifecycle Experience: Demonstrated success in managing the full project lifecycle in a lead functional capacity.
- Product Experience: Experience should also include extensive knowledge of Hogan's process dictionary components.
- PCD's-Team Working: Ability to work in a team environment with teams in multiple geographic locations.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients.
