  • Define, build, and evolve Enterprise Architecture propositions, aligning with client needs and emerging industry trends
  • Act as a thought leader within the business unit, contributing insights on tooling, innovation, and market developments
  • Identify and shape new opportunities to develop long term, profitable services, propositions, and products
  • Own revenue targets and drive business development through pipeline shaping, opportunity identification, and CXO level bids and tenders
  • Build and maintain long term client and partner relationships, driving value delivery and commercial growth
  • Provide line management, coaching, and development for EA consultants, fostering a high performance and collaborative culture
  • Support wider business initiatives, including recruitment, training, network building, and acting as deputy to the Business Unit Manager when required
About the Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT, Business, or related field, with recognised enterprise architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF) and knowledge of frameworks such as BIAN, ArchiMate, and Zachman
  • Significant experience in enterprise architecture, strategy, and transformation advisory within consultancy or financial services environments
  • Strong consulting presence with the ability to influence C suite stakeholders and shape strategic architecture decisions
  • Balanced enterprise architecture expertise across business, application, technology, and data domains
  • Deep understanding of cloud, integration, platforms, and modern digital architectures, with awareness of financial services and industry trends
  • Forward thinking mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas and insights to clients and the business
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, translating complex concepts into executive level narratives
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience in building pipeline, winning work and growing client accounts
  • Experience designing and implementing EA operating models, governance frameworks, and architecture standards
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire teams and develop future leaders, alongside experience with EA tools (e.g. LeanIX, Ardoq, Orbus) and strong consulting maturity
