At Gemba Advantage, we design and run secure, cloud native platforms for critical public sector organisations across the UK. Our teams build and automate the infrastructure and pipelines that high impact systems depend on.

We're looking for experienced DevOps Engineers who want to shape modern delivery, lead technical decisions, and work with people who care about doing things properly. You'll help design and evolve cloud environments, improve engineering practices, and solve challenging problems alongside our customers.

• Design and deliver robust automation, platforms, and CI/CD pipelines for complex systems
• Use Infrastructure as Code and cloud native tooling to create secure, scalable environments
• Lead technical reviews, guide engineering decisions, and support fault fixing and maintenance
• Mentor engineers, improve ways of working, and champion continuous improvement and security

• Active, or recently active, SC or DV clearance (essential)
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (like AWS) and production environments
• Deep hands on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK) and Kubernetes/Docker
• Confidence designing and operating secure CI/CD pipelines, using Git and modern DevOps practices
• Practical experience with databases, APIs, programming/scripting languages, and a range of operating systems
