Overview
We are looking for a PAM Support Engineer to support and maintain Privileged Access Management solutions within a secure enterprise environment. This role will focus on the administration, support, and continuous improvement of PAM tooling, with a particular emphasis on BeyondTrust platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for BeyondTrust PAM and Privileged Remote Access (PRA) solutions
- Manage vendor account onboarding and offboarding within BeyondTrust PRA
- Administer and maintain jump Servers, including agent deployment and configuration
- Manage and support local account provisioning and access controls on target systems
- Support the core BeyondTrust PAM platform, ensuring stability, performance, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related incidents, access issues, and system errors
- Work closely with security and infrastructure teams to enforce privileged access policies
- Ensure proper auditing, logging, and compliance of privileged account activities
- Assist with system upgrades, patching, and ongoing platform improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM and PRA solutions
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices
- Experience managing vendor access and secure remote access solutions
- Knowledge of jump Servers, endpoint agents, and account management
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Experience working in a support-focused, operational environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience in enterprise-scale PAM deployments
- Familiarity with broader IAM concepts and integrations
- Understanding of security compliance and audit requirements
- Exposure to Scripting or automation (eg, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system administration
