Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cloud IAM Support Engineer to join a growing team responsible for managing and supporting identity and access management (IAM) solutions across cloud environments. This role focuses on ensuring secure, efficient access control and seamless identity integrations across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Entra ID (Azure AD) IAM services, ensuring high availability and performance
- Manage and support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Support and troubleshoot Entra ID - Active Directory sync and integration issues
- Administer and maintain MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), SSO (Single Sign-On), and Conditional Access policies
- Support integrations with security platforms, including CloudStrike
- Manage users and dynamic groups within Entra ID
- Administer Enterprise Applications, Service Principals, and Managed Identities
- Provide support for Okta SSO integrations, including troubleshooting and onboarding applications
- Work closely with security and infrastructure teams to ensure IAM best practices and compliance
- Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents, requests, and access issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience supporting Okta SSO integrations
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and cloud sync/integration
- Knowledge of RBAC, PIM, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access
- Experience with identity life cycle management and access governance
- Familiarity with integrating IAM solutions with security tools (eg, CloudStrike)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience in hybrid identity environments
- Knowledge of IAM security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Exposure to automation or Scripting (eg, PowerShell)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred
