Salesforce Developers

Apps IT is currently seeking Salesforce Developers with the following experience:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead the creation of application and technical design documents, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice
2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using structured methodologies and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce applications.
3. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts using Agile development methodologies to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
4. Develop fixes for critical issues using both declarative tools (Workflows, Approvals, Formulas, etc.) and programmatic approaches (Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.).
5. Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex challenges with clients and third-party partners.
6. Proactively research, evaluate, and recommend new features introduced in Salesforce releases.
7. Conduct code reviews in collaboration with Administrators to ensure long-term system integrity and sustainability.
8. Recommend enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
9. Collaborate with team members in a virtual environment, sharing expertise across different regions.
10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge-sharing practices, diagnostic tools, and innovative processes to enhance the end-user experience.
11. Actively support a 24/7/365 operations environment, including flexible working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and monitoring communications outside standard business hours.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

1. Review technical solutions and documentation produced by other team members.
2. Mentor and cross-train colleagues within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
2. Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
3. Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
4. Experience with Lightning Web Components

Contract duration:- 6 months + extensions
