Summary
Experienced SRE required to support a large-scale data & AI platform, driving reliability, automation, and operational excellence across cloud-based systems.

Key Skills

• SRE/Production Engineering experience (5+ years)
• Strong Python (automation & Scripting)
• CI/CD pipelines & modern delivery practices
• Cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
• Monitoring, alerting & observability
• Incident & change management
• SQL/relational databases

Responsibilities

• Ensure platform reliability, availability & performance (DEV/QA/PROD)
• Automate processes to reduce toil
• Manage CI/CD pipelines & releases
• Lead incident response & root cause analysis
• Support cloud data & AI-driven services

Desirable

• GenAI/LLM exposure (eg Snowflake Cortex)
• BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Agile environment experience

Hybrid working - Glasgow based - Inside IR35
