Senior Content Strategist

Senior Content Strategist - Design - Fintech - London (Hybrid 2 days onsite) - 3 month contract

I am working with a well-known Fintech client who are looking for a Senior Content Strategist to work in their London product team.

You will help shape how product content is created and scaled as well as build a practical system that serves both designers and AI tools. You'll move from auditing real journeys to defining clear standards and frameworks that lift quality across a product used by millions.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Strong experience in content design or UX writing for digital products.
• A sharp eye for quality, with a clear sense of what effective content looks like.
• Experience translating brand voice into clear, practical product content.
• Comfortable starting from scratch and bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
• Confidence working closely with design teams and helping shape direction.
• Hands-on experience using AI in content workflows, including learning what works and shaping prompts and rules so outputs stay consistent and on-brand.
