Contract Length: 12 months (May 2026 - May 2027)
Locations: Hybrid - Zurich, London, Raleigh, New York, Pune, or Hyderabad

About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior OpenText Cloud Service Automation (CSA)/Operations Orchestration (OO) Subject Matter Expert to join our team on a 12-month assignment. This is a high-impact role supporting complex automation initiatives across a global enterprise environment.

You will take ownership of designing, refactoring, and testing advanced OO workflows, enabling scalable VM life cycle automation, and integrating APIs to deliver seamless orchestration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, refactor, and test complex OpenText OO workflows to enhance automation efficiency
• Drive VM life cycle automation workflows (create, modify, resize, power operations)
• Implement and validate REST-based API integrations
• Deliver high-quality content packs, along with clear, comprehensive technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations to ensure consistent delivery and standards

Must-Have Experience

• Proven expertise with OpenText Cloud Service Automation (CSA) and Operations Orchestration (OO)
• Strong background in workflow refactoring, API integration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of VM life cycle automation and related infrastructure processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed, hybrid environment
