Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles , including integration, security, and infrastructure. Experience working across complex IT landscapes and distributed teams . Commercial awareness with the ability to link technology decisions to business value and outcomes . Desirable/Optional Skills Experience working in large-scale, global transformation programmes. Knowledge of trading systems integration, data platforms, and cloud-based architectures. Exposure to architecture governance frameworks (eg, TOGAF or similar).
