About the Role

We are looking for an experienced JDA WFM Support Lead to manage and support Workforce Management solutions within a fast-paced supply chain environment. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling system issues, and supporting integrations across warehouse, HR, and logistics systems.

You will act as a key point of contact for business users and IT teams, ensuring system stability and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for JDA/Blue Yonder Workforce Management (WFM) applications
  • Manage BAU (Business-as-Usual) activities including issue resolution, user support, and system maintenance
  • Perform system configuration such as shift patterns, labor rules, and workforce policies
  • Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs and interfaces, ensuring successful execution
  • Support Inbound, Outbound, and Warehouse setup aligned with workforce planning
  • Work on integration of Time & Attendance (T&A) systems with WFM
  • Handle data integration using JDA Integrator/Connect tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Warehouse Operations)
  • Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI targets and resolve critical issues within defined timelines
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments

Required Skills & Experience - Core Experience

  • Hands-on experience with JDA/Blue Yonder Workforce Management (WFM)
  • Strong background in Application Support/Production Support
  • Experience in Workforce Management and 3PL Logistics environments
