A leading international professional services firm is looking for an IT Trainer to drive digital skills, AI adoption, and innovative learning across the organisation. Based in Liverpool, this role sits within the Talent Development team and will play a key role in shaping how employees learn, adopt technology, and work more efficiently.

You will deliver engaging training, improve digital learning content, and help embed AI tools into everyday workflows across both legal and business services teams.

Responsibilities and technology:

• Deliver digital induction sessions and ongoing training on workplace technologies and AI tools
• Design and develop engaging digital learning programmes
• Manage and improve learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Promote AI literacy and support responsible use of generative AI in daily work
• Analyse training feedback and learning data to continuously improve programmes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure learning is aligned with business needs
• Monitor emerging digital learning trends and recommend innovative approaches

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Digital Learning Specialist, IT Trainer, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows applications
• Experience delivering training in classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments
• Understanding of generative AI and prompt engineering in workplace learning
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technologies clearly
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Desirable experience:

• eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (for example SAP LMS)
• Familiarity with legal document management systems such as iManage
