Permanent Role - £50k-£60k
Global Law Firm - London
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office per week/3 days working from home
Are you an IT Trainer with law firm experience looking for an exciting new position?
Covering the position of IT Trainer in the London office, you will be providing high-level IT training for the needs of the business, including remote and onsite training for a leading global law firm.
You will be collaborating with the global training team to provide a mixture of BAU and project training for users of all levels.
You will be involved in training users on AI tools (Co-Pilot/Chat GPT) and work closely with the AI & Innovation team to drive adoption and integrate new technologies.
Responsibilities
Creating training material, preparing, and delivering training to internal users. This will include involvement in Firm-wide rollouts as well as the continuing development of Firm employees.
Essential skills
- Must have experience of working as an IT Trainer in a law firm
- Must have experience with AI tools such as Co-Pilot and Chat GPT
- Must have experience with iManage
- Experience with Camtasia or similar video editing tools
- Experience of all Microsoft Office applications, in particular, MS Word
- Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels within the organisation, and with varying degrees of technical ability
- eLearning training tools - creating eLearning training for users
- Experience with GenAI software
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
