This role involves machining high-quality components to tight tolerances, working from detailed technical drawings within a busy manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities? Programming, Setting and operating CNC 3 axis milling machines? Producing precision components to specification and fine tolerances? Familiarity of working with Heidenhein controls would be advantageous? Reading and interpreting engineering drawings? Selecting appropriate tooling and materials? Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish? Maintaining machines and ensuring safe operation? Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production targetsCandidate Requirements? Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision engineering environment? Ability to set and operate CNC milling machines independently? Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances? High attention to detail and commitment to quality? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team?
