Location: Telford - 2 days per week on-site

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer (React) to join a well know public sector team. The successful candidate will be a strong JavaScript/React developer with experience working closely with a UI/UX Design Lead to deliver high-quality, user-focused interfaces.

This role requires hands-on development experience within large, complex environments and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Front End applications using JavaScript and React
• Work closely with the UI/UX Design Lead to translate designs into high-quality, accessible user interfaces
• Ensure Front End solutions are performant, maintainable, and scalable
• Collaborate with wider development and delivery teams to meet project objectives
• Contribute to best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with JavaScript
• Proven experience developing applications using React/ReactJS
• Experience working alongside UI/UX designers or design leads
• Strong attention to detail and user-focused development mindset
• Experience working in agile delivery environments

Additional Information

• On-site presence in Telford 2 days per week is required
