This is a newly created role supporting a global strategic customer within the Connected Services Hub. You provide advanced technical support for a highly complex and bespoke digital environment. You act as a dedicated technical escalation point while remaining part of the wider CSH team.
The role supports a high value, business critical service contract with strict performance expectations.
