As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll take ownership of the data ingestion layer, working with complex and sometimes messy healthcare data sources. You'll play a key role in shaping how data is collected, transformed, and made available across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, ambiguity, and rolling up their sleeves.

We're partnering with a fast-growing digital health provider operating in the mental health and neurodiversity space. The business is mission-driven, highly regulated, and expanding its services across healthcare and corporate wellbeing.

THE ROLE:

A Senior Data Engineer will need to:

• Build and maintain Python-based batch ingestion pipelines from a variety of healthcare systems
• Work extensively with Databricks on AWS
• Contribute to data modelling and transformations using dbt
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to support reporting and insights (PowerBI)
• Help establish best practices around data quality, governance, and reliability in a regulated environment

THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £90,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
