We're looking for ServiceNow ITOM Solution Architects who are passionate about solutioning, strategy, design, and delivery across exciting, multi-industry projects.

In this role, you'll:

• Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions, bridging the gap between business goals and platform capabilities.
• Provide technical governance and oversight across complex programs.
• Develop technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and solution roadmaps for enterprise environments.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand pain points, map journeys, and design architectures that deliver measurable value.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect on ITOM-focused projects.
• Confidence working front and centre with clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the platform: building, configuring, Scripting, and integrating.
• Relevant certifications: CSA, CIS ITOM (bonus points for CTA or CMA!).
