Senior Insights Analyst

Robert Half is a highly experienced Senior Data Insights Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insight that drives both strategic and operational decision-making.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, finance, and business partnering. You will deliver high-impact insights, develop robust analytical models, and work closely with senior leaders to help the organisation understand performance, optimise profitability, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-value insights across key performance metrics with defined data domains - finance, retail, pricing and promotion, facilities management etc
• Build advanced analytical and financial models to support strategic decisions
• Act as trusted insight partner to senior business and finance stakeholders
• Work closely with Business Intelligence teams within a hub-and-spoke operating model
• Partner with Data Governance teams to ensure finance data is well-managed, trusted and consistently understood
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of data products and dashboards
• Develop analytical solutions using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Databricks

Skills & Experience:

• Strong SQL, Power BI and financial data modelling
• Experience working with enterprise data models, semantic layers, or governned data domains
• Proven experience partnering with senior finance and business stakeholders
• Strong communications skills with the ability to influence decisions and shape financial narratives

On Offer:

• Up to £65,000
• 10% bonus
