Leo Technology have partnered with an exciting business who specialise in employee app and intranet solutions. Their award winning platform is on a mission to make communication simple and due to organic company growth, they're now looking to appoint a talented Support Specialist.
This is a 1st Line Support role, where you'll be responsible for working alongside their Technical Support Lead to play a key role in delivering support to their customers. On a day to day basis, you'll provide technical support via email, phone, and chat to resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to 2nd Line support where necessary.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years of support experience behind them who is looking for an exciting next step in their career!
