We're looking for a skilled 2nd Line Project Engineer to join our client's growing Managed Service Provider team in Horsham. In this role, you'll support and deliver technical projects for a wide range of clients, ensuring smooth implementation and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support IT infrastructure projects (Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers).
• Provide 2nd line technical support and escalation assistance.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to service improvements.

About You:

• Strong experience in an MSP environment.
• Confident with Windows Server, Azure, M365.
• Heavy networking, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
