What you'll bring: Extensive and in-depth experience of the Salesforce Digital Commerce platform and business processes including Comms Cloud ( Vlocity , CPQ, EPC, OM, CLM), Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Clouds, ideally in a Communications environment. Experience in design and"development across the Salesforce platform including OmniScripts , Data Raptors, Omnistudio (Cards, Product Designer, Pricing Designer), Digital Commerce (including Cart based APIs), Lightning Web Component Framework, Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Integration Procedures, Orchestration Plans and Event Driven integrations with"external systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, Platform events and Streaming APIs. Experience of Salesforce core and Comms Cloud performance considerations and knowledge/techniques to avoid performance degradation.
