Business Analyst - Finance Transformation We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale Finance Transformation programme. The role will focus on defining prioritised technology requirements, mapping current and future processes, and supporting the development of a digital roadmap that enables delivery through to March 2027.
Key Responsibilities - Lead requirements definition and prioritisation for Finance technology and process changes.
- Conduct as-is process analysis, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Support creation of to-be process maps and future ways of working.
- Map dependencies across business, technology and data teams to ensure a clear route to delivery.
- Produce requirements that are clear, structured and translatable for downstream design and implementation.
- Document insights from interviews, workshops and data gathering.
- Define the support needed from technology and data directorates to inform the case for change and roadmap.
Key Skills & Experience - Strong experience in requirements gathering and prioritisation.
- Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN or similar).
- Analytical mindset with excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience contributing to technology or digital roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including interviews and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to work effectively within a complex transformation programme.
