Job Description

IT Support - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst, with an understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, to join their team on a permanent basis.

To be considered for this role, you must have either knowledge, an understanding or experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days on-site each week. You will provide general Level 1 & 2 IT support across the organisation, with a focus on supporting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Shopify integrations.

IT Support - Key Skills:

  • Knowledge, an understanding, or experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experienced in 1st and 2nd Line IT Support
  • Experience with Windows OS, O365, Azure, Active Directory and ITIL
  • Ticketing systems experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Ability work independently and as part of a team
