3rd Line Citrix Support Analyst (Contract/Remote)
We're seeking an experienced 3rd Line Citrix Support Analyst to provide remote, on-call assistance for incidents overnight. This is a 12-month retainer engagement, ideal for a Citrix specialist looking for a flexible, low-volume contract to complement existing work.
Key Details:
- Engagement: 12-month retainer agreement
- Location: Remote
- Hours: Out-of-hours, Monday-Friday (between 1am-9am)
- Commitment: Approximately 4-5 tickets per month
- Rate: Competitive monthly retainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line investigation and resolution of Citrix environment issues (Citrix Cloud, Virtual Apps & Desktops, ADC/Gateway, StoreFront)
- Support and troubleshoot Citrix components integrated with Google Cloud.
- Respond to out-of-hours incident escalations
- Troubleshoot Citrix, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Accurately document resolutions and ensure smooth handover to daytime teams
- Maintain high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer focus during response.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven 3rd line support experience, ideally within enterprise environments
- Hands-on expertise with: Citrix Cloud and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
- Citrix ADC/NetScaler/StoreFront
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) administration and troubleshooting
- Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, SolarWinds etc)
