THE COMPANY:This organisation is embarking on a major digital transformation programme designed to modernise systems, improve data capability, and enhance customer engagement. You'll join during a pivotal stage in their journey, leading the replacement of a core CRM platform and helping to deliver enterprise-wide improvements in customer insight and marketing effectiveness.
THE ROLE:As a Solutions Architect, you'll define and oversee the architecture for CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and marketing technology systems-ensuring scalable, integrated, and future-proof solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead solution design and architecture for CRM, CDP, and marketing technology platforms
Oversee the replacement of the existing CRM system and data migration to Microsoft Dynamics
Support the rollout of a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) for segmentation and analytics
Translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions
Align designs with the Enterprise Architecture strategy and long-term technology roadmap
A successful Solutions Architect will bring:
5-10 years' experience in Solutions Architecture
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Proven ability to engage effectively with business and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with external implementation partners
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Emarsys or similar)
Background in large-scale digital transformation projects
You'll receive a salary of up to £95,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
