What you'll do:

• Provide 2nd & 3rd line support, acting as the main technical escalation point
• Resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to school operations
• Mentor 1st and 2nd line colleagues
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
• Support internal networks and deliver staff training as need
