IT Helpdesk 1st Line Technical Support Looking for good IT knowledge, excellent telephone manner / customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. This role is to be the first line of support to 1000's of user UK wide with a variety of technical issues. You will be undertaking simple tasks on the service desk like password resets etc personally and log more complex calls on the helpdesk system to escalate on to more senior staff. Any previous IT Helpdesk experience would be advantageous, although training will be offered. Initially you will work a Monday - Friday office hours 37.5 hours per week. Salary £24785 per annum. There is a rotation that covers weekends and evenings. This role is 100% office based in Pentwyn, Cardiff, you must live a reasonable distance to be considered.

IT Technician / Computer Hardware Engineer to do Field Service EPOS Field Service Engineer Looking for someone confident on PC hardware to undertake swap outs of IT and EPOS equipment (electronic point of sale - till systems) for well-known retail brands across the "South Central" region, an ideal home location would be anywhere around a 30 mins drive of Salisbury. You must have a full manual driver's licence to apply for this role. A fully expensed company van is provided (you can use it for personal use). You will be required to drive to multiple sites per day, to attend field service calls on the IT and EPOS equipment in the client's customer's stores. Training on EPOS hardware will be given. You must be flexible to do this role, willing to work weekends and an overnight emergency call out rota. The role requires work 5 days out of 7, on a 4 week rotation 1 weekend on 1 off, 1 week on call on call, next weekend off. Standard hours 0900 - 17:30, overtime is paid outside of this. Package of £31200 + Van + overtime; made up of a Basic salary of £27300 and shift / rotation on call payments of around £3900 per annum. You will be the On-Call Engineer, currently 1 week in 4, where you work 20:00 - Midnight 4 standard hours per day + emergency on call Monday to Saturday (all 6 days) then On call from 00:00 - 08:00 (on the Sunday, there is no scheduled hours, just on call from 20:00 - 08:00). First 2 calls per on call week are covered in the £300 per week on call payment, there after an additional £200 per call is paid as overtime (average for the whole team is 3 call outs per week, this is a below average area). This is a 40 hours per week full time PAYE contract. For any additional hours worked, overtime is paid at x1.5 Mon - Saturday and x2 Sunday and bank holidays (most Engineers do around £3000 per annum in overtime). This is a full-time permanent job with a fully expensed company van (with personal use), pension, paid holiday, and private medical insurance.

Cad Technician / Junior CAD Technician Looking for someone trained to use CAD design software to create drawings and diagrams. Would suit an ex-Kitchen Designer or anyone that's worked in a CAD role. The CAD Technician creates drawings for engineering diagrams of planned cable installations in mostly blocks of flats. This role is office based in Harlow, Essex with future hybrid working flexibility once trained. Main duties are to create initial drawings, often overlaying designs onto site photos, for proposed installations of Fire Alarm, Security CCTV, Access Control systems and the associated data cabling networks. Once created you would modify drawings in-line with any variations or amendments required. Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 Salary is £28 - £32K

Computer Technician / IT Engineer £13.75 per hour + company van, fuel and all parking expenses. Looking for an enthusiastic IT Support / Computer Hardware Repair person with a full UK drivers licence, who lives in Kent. You will be trained to undertake hardware Field Service calls in this client's retail customers stores on their IT and EPOS equipment. This role is initially a temporary / contract position covering a full time vacancy, so is likely to go temp to perm in the new year. The client will provide you with a company van, fuel card, uniform and pay all expenses like parking. Standard hours are 0800 - 1700 with 1 hour break, 40 hours per week. Overtime paid outside of this. Standard days are 5 days per week Tuesday to Saturday. You will bill £110 per day for your availability and £13.75 for any additional hours worked / travelling. Most of the calls are swap-outs, replacing faulty devices like: Printers, Screens, Keyboards, Chip and PIN machines etc. You will arrive with replacement parts and follow scripts to setup some of the devices. This is a temporary position, proposed start date Wednesday 10th November.

Satellite and TV Aerial Systems Field Service Engineer Looking for an experienced Satellite and / or TV Aerial Engineer to work mainly on service maintenance contracts for betting shops and other commercial premises (Gyms, Hotels, Retailers, Pubs etc). Engineer level (Satellite and UHF Aerial experience with knowledge of RF and or IPTV)£24000 - £27000 Basic + £2500 On Call (1 in 3) inc + Van and Over Time Junior level Engineer (e.g. Sky experience or Domestic Aerial experience) £21 - £23000 + same. Applicants for this role must have a full UK drivers licence, be able to pass a DBS (Criminal Records checks) and have at least 1 years experience in a similar Field Service role on Satellite, Sky TV and UHF Aerial equipment. Training on distributed RF, IPTV and Wi-Fi systems will be offered, any previous experience highly desirable. You will be provided with an expensed company Van, uniform, tools, ladders etc. The basic salary depending on experience will be around £23 - £27000 basic + £2500 on call + overtime pay (likely to be over £3000 per annum), total earnings at the top end of £32000 + per annum. You will be required to work on call 1 week in 3 - Saturday Sunday and Evenings on call. Door to door overtime applies if called out. You need to have a flexible attitude, be willing to occasionally stay overnight and have excellent client facing skills. The team of guys all work closely together and have a great work ethic and sense of camaraderie, it's very important to get a similar hard-working, service minded individual.
