Product Owner - iManage

Prestigious opportunity with a Global market Leader for a Product Owner for our Document Management Solutions. Dedicated to a pioneering technology team, we are inviting you to join our success story. This is a hybrid role based in our Liverpool office 2-3 days a week.

As our Product Owner for iManage, you will be responsible for:-

• Acting as the SME for iManage DMS
• Ensuring the iManage product delivers maximum value to the business, enabling document lifecycle efficiency across the organisation
• Owning the vendor relationships, including performance management
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the product roadmaps and relevant features, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals
• Developing a sound knowledge of application integration points to support interoperability across systems

If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!

• Experience as a Product Owner and lifecycle management for iManage DMS
• Product management expertise - roadmap alignment and stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions
• Vendor and contract management - managing SLAs and escalations and relationships
• Stakeholder Management
• Driving user adoption and developing user training
• Understanding of governance and security considerations relevant to document and knowledge management systems
• Familiar with integration concepts, APIs and reporting tools such as PowerBI
