Business Analyst - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team based in Telford, on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week required on-site.

You will bridge the gap between the business and IT. This position is critical to enabling and ensuring reliable IT Service Delivery through system analysis, continuous improvement and project support initiatives.

Business Analyst - Key Skills:

• 3+ years in business/system analysis, IT systems design, and project management
• Strong proficiency in M365, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project
• Skilled in ITIL, data analysis tools, and business process modelling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving and customer service orientation
• Ability to build strong partnerships across teams
• Full driving license and a willingness to travel to other sites if required (on occasion - not frequently)
